Service Notes: | ||||||||
1. Audit fees are exclusive of on-site audit expenses. On site audit expenses are to be paid in full by the audit client | ||||||||
within 10 days of receipt of the audit expenses invoice. | ||||||||
2. All auditing fees and expenses are to be paid in U.S. dollars. | ||||||||
3. All services require 20% of the total service fee due at the signing of the engagement letter. The remainder of the fee | ||||||||
may be paid in full at conclusion of services or financed per the Financing Option Agreement. | ||||||||
4. When client has a greater number of pilots than the Price group criteria, the number of aircraft will dictate the | ||||||||
the Price Group that the operator will fall under. | ||||||||
5. In cases where Part 135 Operators also manage "Part 91 only aircraft", the aircraft count for the Fee pricing | ||||||||
schedule above shall be determined by adding 1/3 of the number of "Part 91 only" aircraft to the aircraft count on | ||||||||
D085 Op Spec. | ||||||||
6. The aircraft count for Corporate and/or Part 91 only audits will be the total aircraft operated by the entity. For | ||||||||
purposes of Price Group determination, the aircraft count will include both fixed wing and/or rotary wing aircraft. | ||||||||
7. For purposes of this Fee Schedule, Part Time and Contract Pilots are considered in the total pilot count. | ||||||||
8. Where operation size exceeds price group D parameters, pricing will be negotiated. | ||||||||
9. This Fee Schedule is valid through audits scheduled through December 31, 2012. All services scheduled in 2012 | ||||||||
must be completed by March 1st of 2013 in order to receive 2011 prices according to the Fee Schedule above. | ||||||||
